Step 1: Initial Consultation

During the initial consultation we will discuss your current financial position, specific requirements and concerns you have, timelines, and available options. We will provide an overview of current market conditions, comparable sales in your area, and an estimate of your homes value. Overall, the consultation is an opportunity to gather information, ask questions, and find out what your options are.
Step 2: Create a Plan
We take the time to understand your unique needs and goals, and then tailor a plan to meet them. Some options may include loan refinancing, forbearance, bankruptcy, listing your property for sale with a realtor, accepting an “all-cash offer”, etc. Knowing your options will allow you to make the best decision based on your own unique situation and timeline.
Step 3: Post Preparation
Probably the most important step. The goal is to get you in a position to repurchase at the earliest time possible. Our preferred mortgage consultants will evaluate credit, diagnose time frames, and give you direction on qualifying for your next home.
